Patients' StoriesThe following is an excerpt from a letter written to Mr Clive Lindley-Jones regarding one of his recent patients: Chris Johnson's story
I decided to go along to see Clive at Helix House in order to find out what could be done to relieve my symptoms of tiredness, occasional digestive pains and intermittent hearing problems. Less than three months later I feel 10 years younger having lost a stone in weight and feel fit and healthy again. All this has been achieved with a relatively small change in lifestyle. It can be a bit tricky adapting to a diet with no bread and no sugar but the benefits have been extraordinary. Hats off to Helix House!
